These terms apply to all purchases from Kitty Care AU (kittycare.au), operated in Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Shipping

Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $80 (flat $9.99 under $80). Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Full details in our Shipping policy.
